

Wellbeing Support at MJRL
White Cloud Tele-Mental Health
White Cloud is a free mental health support service available to MJRL players, families, volunteers and staff.
Support is provided by qualified professionals, including psychologists, social workers, mental health nurses and other health specialists.
The service is confidential and evidence-based, and offers support when someone is struggling or just needs someone to talk to.
Wellbeing Officers
MJRL has designated Wellbeing Officers to support the wellbeing of our players, families and volunteers.
Wellbeing Officers are available to listen, provide guidance and help people access the right support when needed. They work to promote a safe, supportive and inclusive environment across the club.
QRL Support Squad
MJRL also has trained members of the QRL Support Squad.
Support Squad members are accredited Mental Health First Aid Officers who are there to:
