WHAT IS THE WHITE CLOUD TELE-MENTAL HEALTH SERVICE?
White Cloud Tele-Mental Health is a free service offering evidence-based support for people experiencing changes to their mental health and wellbeing.
The service is run by professional, trained staff, who volunteer their time to work in the service. The team includes psychologists, social workers, dietitians, mental health nurses and exercise specialists. White Cloud is accessible to our players, volunteers, staff and families.

WELLBEING OFFICERS
MJRL is fortunate to have 2 Wellbeing Officers; Katrina Wallbridge and Megan Hendle. With a passion for rugby league and helping the next generation of professional players our Wellbeing Officers are dedicated to providing support not only to our players, but our volunteers, and families.

SUPPORT SQUAD MEMBERS
QRL's Support Squad is a network of volunteers making a positive difference in community rugby league across Queensland. MJRL is proud to have 2 members currently donning the purple shirt: Megan Hendle and Katrina Walbridge. All members are accredited First Aid Mental Health Officers. Each member has participated in essential development modules and courses facilitated by partner Mind Challenge. Our Support Squad members are there as someone to talk to, to help people who may be struggling, to assist with access to resources and professional help.
